During its annual recognition ceremony, VIP Realty Group awarded agents who qualified for the Champions Club, Executive Club, President’s Club and Chairman’s Club. Tina DiCharia was given the Cramer Award for her dedication and service to VIP.
Karen Bell and the Bell Team were recognized as Sanibel and Captiva’s Top Team for 2021. The Bell Team also includes agents John Bates and Sherill Sims.
Executive Club recipients were Arika Bjorkedal, Robert Cronin and Anna Long.

Lynda Traverso was awarded Associate of the Year for Sanibel and Captiva. Traverso also received VIP Realty’s most prestigious individual honor, the All Company Sales Associate of the Year, awarded to the top agent out of all of the company’s offices in Lee county.
Debbie Ringdahl was honored for her 25 years with VIP Realty Group.
The awards ceremony was held on February 25 at Kelly Greens Country Club in Fort Myers. Realtors from Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers offices were in attendance.
