In January, 2025, the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS (SCIAR) will hold it annual meeting where VIP REALTOR Becky Mulka will be installed as President. Becky is already an active member of the Board, where she has served as President-Elect so she is eager to take on this new challenge as President. But this is just the latest achievement for Becky in what has been a remarkable year. In March, Becky was inducted into the VIP Realty Sanibel and Captiva Lifetime President’s Club. In addition, Becky recently completed all the necessary requirements to achieve Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) status from the National Association of REALTORS. And if that’s not enough, Becky has also achieved VIP’s Top Listing Agent AND Top Producer in June! On top of this, Becky’s clients unanimously give her 5-Star ratings in our VIP Client Opinion Surveys. Congratulations, Becky, on all your achievements!
Becky is originally from Lapeer, Michigan. At the age of 21, she left her small town to travel south to escape the harsh Midwest winters. Once she arrived at the paradise that is Sanibel, she fell in love with it and never left. During this time, Becky met her future husband, island native Wally Mulka. Becky, Wally and their beautiful daughter, Audrey, love spending time as a family boating, fishing and shelling.
Becky is involved in many community groups including professional organizations like SCIAR and the Sanibel Captiva Business Women’s Association plus charitable organizations including SCCF Turtle Program. Becky also donates to and volunteers for C.R.O.W., Bailey Matthews Shell Museum, Big Arts, The Community House and the Sanibel School.
