CROW will be host their 35th anniversary of taste of the island! It will be held on November 13th from noon to 5p.m., at the Sanibel Community Park. Children ages 12 and under are free, and for Adults it is a $5 admission. Sixteen restaurants will be participating this year, four new ones to this event are Love Boat Ice Cream, Shima, IL Cielo, and Blue Giraffe. Once from previous years that are attending are the Bubble Room, Cip’s Place, Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille, The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club, Traders, Timbers Restaurant & Fish Market, Thistle Lodge, Sanibel Sweet Shoppe, Sanibel Deli, Sanibel Fish House, Matzaluna Italian Restaurant, and Fresh Taqueria. The dishes range from $1-$5 in CROW bucks. This year they are now redeeming your toll receipt for 2 CROW bucks! Money that is raised will help CROW continue what they do to help wildlife.
