Happy Birthday, VIP Realty Sanibel and Captiva Broker and REALTOR, Jim Hall!
Recently, VIP Realty Sanibel and Captiva REALTORS took a break after their continuing education seminar to celebrate VIP Sanibel and Captiva Broker Jim Hall’s birthday (no year please….although he looks 39!)
Jim graduated from Boston College with a BA in Economics. He attended Harvard University Graduate School in Cambridge, MA, concentrating on Land Disposition and Development.
Within his first two years of selling real estate, Jim became the top sales associate of Century 21 Westward Homes (100+ agents) in Wellesley. MA.
Jim moved to Sanibel in 1989, obtaining his real estate license in 1989 and Broker license in 1992. Jim believes in education. Since beginning his career in real estate, he has attended over 2,500 hours of supplemental real estate conferences and seminars. He has also completed all requirements necessary to achieve the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CRB (Certified Residential Broker) and GRI (Graduate Real Institute) designations.
He has served as the President of the Sanibel Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS (SCIAR) and selected as REALTOR of the Year in 2010. Jim is also the former Vice Chair of the Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce and was a Board member of the Canterbury School in Fort Myers, the Bailey Matthews Shell Museum and Ding Darling Wildlife Society.
Jim has been married to his wife, Karen, over 30 years and has 4 children.
Wow! Jim Hall has accomplished so much in his 39 years!! OK, I think he might be bit older than 39 but it’s hard to tell! Congratulations, Jim! We who have the privilege of working with you wish you many more years of good health, great happiness and continued business success!
