VIP Realty Group announced its top producers for the month of November.
Ken King had top sales. King is a licensed realtor from the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York. After retiring from law enforcement, he returned to the construction industry where he managed an excavation and rock crushing company. In April 1996, King and his wife, Karen, closed on their first Sanibel home. For the next 20 years, he spent as much time as possible on-island, where he volunteers for the Ding Darling Wildlife Sanctuary and CROW. He is now a CDL driver for the new Wildlife on Wheels mobile classroom for the Wildlife Sanctuary.
Susan Dunn had top listings. Dunn is a third generation Florida “cracker” whose family owns Gatorama, the oldest alligator farm in the state. She is a savvy, professional broker who brings a fresh outlook, youthful spirit, and small-town charm to Sanibel Island real estate. She has been selling on the islands for 21 years.
The team of Kit and Lynda Traverso was top producer. The Traversos have been selling real estate on Sanibel and Captiva since 1988, having closed over $300 million in sales. They were recognized as the 20I7 Associates of the Year for the islands, along with VIP Realty’s All Company Number One Agent.
